Fees & Insurance
We are currently in network with BCBS and EHP insurance plans. If you have OON benefits, we can provide you a superbill to submit to your insurance company.
Self-pay rates range based on provider. Sessions will range in price from $100-$175/session.
Uninsured or self pay clients will be given a good faith estimate of costs of services upon scheduling or per request.
