We often hear parents say that there isn’t a how-to book on parenting as a way of expressing that they are doing the best they can.
Despite the love and adoration we have for our kids, being a parent can be quite stressful at times.
There may be times when you struggle to know what approach to take towards child-rearing.
You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed with parental responsibilities and just want and/or need a little support to cope with your specific situation.
You are NOT alone. We want to offer support in navigating your journey in parenthood, one step at a time.
Some examples of issues that evolve during parenthood can include:
- Anxiety or discord with your child or your spouse/partner
- Avoidance of certain topics in order to prevent an argument with your child or your spouse/partner
- Anxiety or fear around your child’s behaviors
- Feelings of inadequacy or not being a “good enough” parent
- Anxiety that your own upbringing will negatively influence your role as a parent
We hear the struggle and insecurity and want to offer a safe space where you can openly discuss parenting fears or concerns. We want you to have the best relationship you can with your child, and we will work with you to implement tools and strategies to improve that relationship and strengthen your family bond.
